The standard operating procedure (SOP) for CONTACT SESSION in the above video involves CCTV camera recording throughout the entire session, hence it makes no sense that ZOOM CONTACT SESSION isn't recorded. The purpose of not recording ZOOM CONTACT SESSION is to prevent parents from having any form of evidence (e.g. not counselling the child according to the legal principles and legal requirements of family law, such as care and control orders) against MSF (CPS, SSAs) because parents can refer to the ZOOM CONTACT SESSION recordings in their affidavits to the Family Justice Courts if the ZOOM CONTACT SESSION is recorded.
When the ZOOM CONTACT SESSION isn't recorded, any allegations by the parents become a case of "words against words" and judges can choose to believe MSF (CPS, SSAs) instead of the parents because there's no evidence to substantiate the allegations by the parents. In a situation where the ZOOM CONTACT SESSION isn't recorded, MSF (CPS, SSAs) can commit wrongdoing without any oversight. If parents make allegations against MSF (CPS, SSAs) regarding any wrongdoing, MSF (CPS, SSAs) can simply deny the allegations since there's no recording to provide evidence. By not recording ZOOM CONTACT SESSION, MSF (CPS, SSAs) could effectively control the narrative and prevent parents from using recorded evidence to support their claims or challenge MSF (CPS, SSAs) in court.
I won't use legal recourse against MSF (CPS, SSAs) because they are using lawfare backed by the Family Justice Courts (mastermind with elements of Malaysia's covert and deceptive foreign interference in Singapore) to bully and oppress low-income Singaporeans. Instead, I will use public discourse to dismantle or disable their lawfare backed by the Family Justice Courts (mastermind with elements of Malaysia's covert and deceptive foreign interference in Singapore). It's in the public interest to do so because MSF (CPS, SSAs) and the Family Justice Courts (mastermind with elements of Malaysia's covert and deceptive foreign interference in Singapore) are a menace to society, abusing the law and disobeying the direction of the law for corrupt practices (unmerited referrals to SSAs by CPS and bribery arrangements between them, enabled and protected by the Family Justice Courts).

What is meant by "We display integrity by being accountable for our words and actions" when MSF can simply remove CPS' webpage if CPS fails to meet an expectation or standard?
The reason why MSF (CPS, SSAs) is abusing the law is because all child abuse cases brought to the Youth Courts don't qualify for legal aid – a policy designed by the PAP lawmakers. Drug dealers, murderers, rapists, etc., qualify for legal aid but someone who has a family conflict involving children doesn't qualify for legal aid – also designed by the PAP lawmakers. There's no logic in providing legal aid for heinous crimes but denying legal aid for family conflicts involving children – something is very wrong with the PAP lawmakers, raising suspicion of Malaysia's covert and deceptive foreign interference in Singapore (through the use of casteism in harness with lawfare since 1965).
