Child Protective Service (CPS) abuses the law and disobeys the direction of the law for corrupt practices (unmerited referrals to SSAs by CPS and bribery arrangements between them)

I approached CPS officer PEK Siao Tian on 18 May 2021 for help because my daughter had learned many wrong things such as watching inappropriate content on her smartphone and exhibiting suicidal ideation (self-harm by cutting her forearm) at her grandparents' house.

I wanted PEK Siao Tian to bring my daughter back to my house because I have her care and control. However, PEK Siao Tian didn't want to bring my daughter back to my house because CPS prefers children (born to low-income Singaporeans) to live with the "family troublemakers" and learn all the wrong things at an early age in order to impede their upward mobility.
