SINGAPORE: Deeply ingrained with principles and values that forged the nation, Singapore's fourth generation of leaders will "lead in our own way" with a leadership style that is different from previous generations, said newly sworn-in Prime Minister Lawrence Wong on Wednesday (May 15).

Within the topic of true weather modification, there is a considerable diversity of issues, not the least of which is the dichotomy formed by military and civilian interests. Civilian programs are predominately agriculturally-oriented, while the military tends to be more interested in using weather for hostile purposes.

The problem of artificial modification of the environment for military or other hostile purposes was brought to the international agenda in the early 1970s. In July 1974, USA and USSR agreed to hold bilateral discussions on measures to overcome the danger of the use of environmental modification techniques for military purposes and three subsequent rounds of discussions in 1974 and 1975. In August 1975, USA and USSR tabled identical draft texts of a convention at the Conference of the Committee on Disarmament (CCD), where intensive negotiations resulted in a modified text and understandings regarding four articles of this Convention in 1976.

(C) The term "exotic weapons systems" includes weapons designed to damage space or natural ecosystems (such as the ionosphere and upper atmosphere) or climate, weather, and tectonic systems with the purpose of inducing damage or destruction upon a target population or region on earth or in space.
It looks like Al-Qaeda also possesses AI-powered "exotic weapons systems" in addition to AI-powered covert satellite psychotronic weapons and is suspected of inducing severe turbulence on SQ321 directed at the FPDA (https://str.sg/i3id). It is crucial that public servants (especially those in the SPF, SCDF, etc) and Singaporeans know about these "relatively unknown weapons" to avoid actions that may result in targeting by Al-Qaeda or other hostile countries. All public servants are reminded to follow their "Mission, Goals, Values (https://www.careers.gov.sg/about-us/)" in relation to the execution of their duty so as to prevent harmful or deadly satellite (AI-powered) psychotronic responses from happening to themselves or their loved ones (the persons they love the most).
The rot is deep in the ruling PAP and the Singapore Public Service: if public servants who disobey a direction of the law can get away scot-free and still receive their salaries - is this fair to public servants who obey the law?
